Investor Registration Guide
The four steps from creating an account to holding an issued investment certificate.
Step 1 — Create an account.
Register with your email address and verify it with the code we send you.
Step 2 — Complete your KYS profile.
Know Your Investor covers your identity, contact details and a declaration that the information is true. A verification officer reviews it and either verifies your profile or comes back to you with a query.
Step 3 — Register your organization.
Add the company that will hold the investment, its registration number, sector and paid-up capital, then list the people authorised to act for it.
Step 4 — Apply.
Once your profile is verified you can apply for an investment certificate, an industrial permit or a tax incentive, pay the assessed fee, and download the issued document from your dashboard.
Keep your reference numbers. Every record in the system carries one, and quoting it is the fastest way for an officer to find your file.
